Where we come from

The way we see the international climate policy regime is shaped by the young climate movement the past 7 years. Our peer group consists of highly skilled and ambitious climate activists with several years of experience in advocacy and organizing already. We are convinced that this work has to be continued and expanded….

Shifting Advocacy

With Shifting Advocacy, we build on the work we have been doing for the past years and we don’t see NGOs taking up on those approached. In the German, European and International climate policy space we have built strong bonds across organizational borders. This allows us to have the starting point to co-create shared, progressive global narratives for a European target group.

About Julia

I focus on EU advocacy and intergenerational communication to strengthen bonds with the international climate justice movement. I have been a board member of Klimadelegation e.V., a Blue Book Traineeship at the European Commission and Policy Officer for Climate and Energy at the Berlin Governance Platform. I studied Chemistry (B.Sc.) and Environmental Sciences (M.Sc.), both at University of Cologne

About Tobias

I have an overarching perspective and work on the edges of activism and formal organizations with a focus on accessibility. I have been treasurer of Klimadelegation e.V. and netzwerk n e.V. and filled various roles in the national and international climate moment. I studied Environmental Engineering (B.Sc.) at RWTH Aachen and Bioeconomy (M.Sc.) at TU Munich.
